A Legacy of Elevation and Empowerment
Carlisha Duffey, Founder and Creative Director of Girl Cave Studios, has spent over a decade in the beauty and content creation industries. From working behind the chair to on film and TV sets, editorial photoshoots, and runway shows, Carlisha has always recognized the unique challenges Black women face in entrepreneurship. It was this awareness that inspired her to create Girl Cave Studios—a safe, creative space for women to come together and craft the visual content that fuels their success.
